Heating Instructions:
We recommend placing the quiche in the fridge for 8-10 hours or overnight to thaw before heating. It can also be heated in the oven from frozen, just follow the instructions below:
Oven: Place defrosted quiche on an oven tray cover and heat through at 120C for 20-30 mins. If cooking from frozen, add an additional 10 mins at 150C.
Caution: Be careful of hot steam when removing covering
