Yes. A minimum order value applies to delivery orders:

• Queenstown local deliveries: Minimum order $75
• Wanaka, Cardrona, Lake Hāwea & Luggate deliveries: Minimum order $100
• Cromwell, Gibbston, Bannockburn & Pisa deliveries: Minimum order $100

There is no minimum order value for pickup orders from our kitchen in Frankton, Queenstown.

Yes, you can. Our freezer meals are on display and ready to purchase instore at Arctic Kitchen, at Unit 20 Shotover business park, 185 Glenda drive, Frankton Queenstown.

Our qualified chefs prepare all meals using the best ingredients and techniques. Arctic Kitchen has fully equipped commercial kitchen & adheres to the high food standards set out by governing bodies. As soon as the dish is finished it is placed into a blast chiller to immediately stop the cooking process, and to lock in flavour & nutrients. The meals are then portioned, labelled & snap frozen.

Yes, you can. Our freezer meals are a perfect gift for new parents, elderly friends or family, or as a care package. Enter the recipients details and delivery address when you place your order.

Arctic Kitchen prepared freezer meals have an average 3 months shelf life in the freezer.

Before consumption, always refer to the product label where you will find the "Use By Date". 

Yes, we have a range of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan friendly items.  Items suitable for dietary restrictions are indicated on our menu where possible. Please check the ingredients on the meal descriptors or on the meal labels. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding dietary options.

Each meal has heating recommendations on the label.

For frozen meals, to avoid overheating, we recommend you allow meals to defrost in fridge overnight prior to heating. This ensures that the vegetables don't overcook.

As every microwave is different, we recommend you heat meals for 2 mins then give it a stir to determine if it requires more heating. If it does, do so in 1-2 min intervals depending on your microwave power level.

Yes! We offer both delivery and pickup options.

We deliver to most locations throughout the Wakatipu Basin. A minimum order of $75 applies, with a delivery fee of $30 (including GST) for regular orders.

We also offer scheduled frozen meal deliveries to:

• Wanaka, Cardrona, Lake Hāwea & Luggate on Thursdays (minimum order $100).
• Cromwell, Gibbston, Bannockburn & Pisa on Tuesdays (minimum order $100).

You can also collect your order from Arctic Kitchen, Unit 20, Shotover Business Park, 185 Glenda Drive, Frankton, Queenstown.
