Ingredients: Vegan Thai green curry paste, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, broccoli, tofu, green beans, courgette, tomato, red pepper, coriander, salt, coconut milk, vegetable stock, kaffir lime leaves, brown sugar, soy sauce.
Heating Instructions:
We recommend placing the container in the fridge for 8-10 hours or overnight to thaw before heating. It can also be heated in the oven or microwave from frozen, just follow the instructions below:
Oven: Place defrosted contents in an ovenproof dish, cover and heat through at 180C for 20-30 mins. (1 or 2 Serve) If cooking from frozen, add an additional 10 mins at 160C, stirring very gently after the initial time period.
Microwave: Remove contents from container, placing in a glass or ceramic microwaveable bowl. Cover with a plate or microwaveable clingfilm to prevent splattering. Heat on full power for 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Return to the microwave for another 1-2 mins heating if required. (1 or 2 Serve) If heating from frozen, start with an initial additional 2 minutes, then continue as above.
Caution: Be careful of hot steam when removing covering

Serving suggestions:
Serve with coconut yoghurt, Indian pickles and a cucumber, tomato & fresh coriander salsa, for a satisfying and wholesome vegan meal.
