Sticky date pudding & butterscotch sauce

One of the classic desserts. This steamed pudding comes with a rich butterscotch sauce.

Ingredients: Dates, baking soda, flour, butter, caster sugar, eggs, baking powder, brown sugar, golden syrup, vanilla.

Heating Instructions:

Microwave: 
2 Serves:  Can be transferred to microwaveable dish while still frozen, as above.  Microwave 2 mins from frozen.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with ice cream, yoghurt or lightly whipped cream.
