Join New Zealand culinary treasure Fleur Sullivan on a gastronomic journey back in time with a 10-course degustation menu that reflects her journey from childhood forager to world renown restaurateur. Fleur will introduce each course with tales from her extraordinary adventures from Oamaru to Westport to Clyde to Moeraki, the covid years, life after Fleurs place & her recent adventures in Fiordland’s Dusky Sound.
Tickets are limited to 16 people.
$195 per person (includes a welcome drink & 10-course Degustation menu)
Proceeds from this evening will be used to purchase a motion censored camera that will be donated to Pure Salt’s Tamatea project in Dusky Sound.
