Slow cooked lamb shank on a agria potato mash,
broccolini & a rosemary garlic jus
2 portions.
Ingredients: Lamb, rosemary, potato, onions, garlic, olive oil, broccolini, beef stock, tomatoes, carrots, tomato paste, red wine, salt & pepper, parsley.
Dietaries: Gluten free, Nut Free
Heating Instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven to 160c.
Place contents in an oven-proof dish and place in the oven for approx. 20mins stirring occasionally till hot.
Microwave: Remove contents from container, place in a glass or ceramic microwaveable bowl. Cover with a plate or microwaveable cling film to prevent splattering. Heat on full power for 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Return to the microwave for a further 2 minutes or until steaming hot.
Caution: Be careful of hot steam when removing covering.
